FAQ

  • Adults only from 14 years

    • Guests of 14 years and above are welcome to stay at ODLES LODGE.

  • Deposit

    • Once a down payment of 30% of the total price has been made and we have issued written confirmation, your holiday at ODLES LODGE is definitively reserved.

  • Pharmacy service

    • We can arrange non-prescription medication on request.

  • Check-in, check-out

    • Check-in: from 3 pm

    • Check-out: until 11 am

    • For late check-outs without use of the Lodge, you are welcome to use the lockers in our FORESTIS changing room.

  • Single occupancy

    • Single occupancy of our suites will be charged at the full rate for double occupancy.

  • Pets

    • The natural open pored flooring and delicate woven fabrics mean that we cannot allow pets at the ODLES LODGE.

  • Late check-out

    • Late check-out from the ODLES LODGE is possible, subject to availability. We will charge an extra €110.00 per person for use of the Lodge until the evening.

  • No smoking policy

    • There are no indoor facilities for smokers at the ODLES LODGE: please use the terraces or garden areas outside.

  • Local tax

    • A local tax of € 2.30 per person per night is charged by the municipality of Brixen.

  • Parking

    • Each lodge has its own garage parking space.

  • Cancellation insurance

    • With travel cancellation insurance, you are covered for any cancellation fees in the event of late arrival, early departure or a no-show due to unforeseen circumstances. We therefore recommend that you take out the Europäische Reiseversicherung travel cancellation insurance.

  • Spa

    • The spa at the ODLES LODGE is available exclusively to our guests; you can also use the FORESTIS spa and book treatments there. For further information please contact the Spa Reception at FORESTIS.

  • Cancellation conditions

    • According to the Consumer Protection Code, customers do not have the right to cancel a stay once booked: in the event of cancellation we will thus calculate the following percentages:

      • From booking up to 30 days before arrival: the 30% deposit will be retained
      • 29 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged
      • 10 to 2 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged
      • 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged
      • In the event of late arrival, early departure or a no-show we will charge 100% of the booked stay.

  • Transfers

    • We will be pleased to pick you up from the railway station, airport or any other location of your choice. Our two transfer cars mean you can travel in the highest comfort.

      Prices are calculated on the basis of distance to destination, not of vehicle type.

  • Equipment rental

    • Rucksacks, hiking poles and snowshoes, as well as hiking maps and yoga mats, can all be borrowed free of charge from the Ski Room. For cycling excursions, you are welcome to rent mountain bikes and e-bikes from the top station on the Plose mountain. We will be pleased to do this for you on request (charge payable).

  • Payment options

    • EC, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Union Pay. Cheques are not accepted.
